Our personnel development department has created custom training programs for all levels of employment. Each training program satisfies all state requirements and includes a certificate of completion for employee advancement.

Cypress appreciates out employees' contributions to providing superior service to out clients. We have a number of recognition awards to help show out appreciation. These include but are not limited to;
Good people are hard to find. This is why Cypress has chosen to create an referral program in which successful referrals may receive a cash reward. Cypress employees are encouraged to refer both potential applicants and/or clients. If Cypress subsequently signs a contract with that applicant and/or client, the employee may be eligible to receive the following;

- Applicant Referral: $100 after 180 days if referral still employed
- Client Referral: $500 following signed contract with referral.
